About Our Firm

Established in 2013, our firm handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases, commercial/business litigation cases, board and agency matters, and civil and criminal appeals.

All of our attorneys are experienced civil litigators. We resolve disputes outside of court when it is in the best interest of our clients and through the courts when appropriate. We represent clients in federal court and at all levels of the North Carolina state courts, before state agencies, and through alternative dispute resolution.

We provide each of our clients with personalized and results-oriented representation.

If you need legal representation and are not sure whether we handle a case like yours, please give us a call! We are happy to talk with you, and initial consultations are always free. If we are not able to help you, we will do our best to point you in the right direction or refer you to someone who can.

Historic Caveness House

On October 12, 2021, the law firm of Epstein Sherlin, PLLC moved its office to the historic Caveness House, located at 1804 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. The Caveness House is named after its original owners, Corrina and Dr. Zebulon Caveness. Dr. Caveness commissioned architect H.P.S. Keller to design the house in 1914 and the Cavenesses moved into the house in 1916. The Caveness family lived in the house through 1984.

On June 19, 1985 the Caveness House was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior. On August 1, 1995, the City of Raleigh designated the Caveness House as a Historic Raleigh Landmark.
